Design and build

Green Lion builds this stand from ABS, metal and aluminium. As a result, the C-clamp grips tabletops up to 6.5 cm thick. Moreover, each arm extends about 30 cm, and the rated load is 1.5 kg. The stand itself weighs about 500 g. You also get 3-axis movement: the head rotates 360° and tilts up to 270°, so you can switch between portrait and landscape.

Setup and what is in the box

Installation is quick with the included hex key. Clamp the base to the desk edge, then fit the tablet clip and folding arm. The pack usually includes one tablet clip, one folding stand and one hexagonal screwdriver. After you tighten the clamp, the mount should stay put during calls and light recording. However, stay inside the 1.5 kg limit. A heavy laptop or large all-in-one monitor does not belong on this arm.
