Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 512GB is the new wider-form-factor foldable announced alongside the Z Fold8 Ultra on July 22, 2026. It is not the Ultra model (the Ultra keeps the taller traditional book-style design).

• Design Highlights

  The Z Fold8 introduces a new wider, more rectangular form factor when closed (better for social media scrolling on the cover screen). When unfolded it becomes a more tablet-like 4:3 main display ideal for media and multitasking. It is noticeably lighter and thinner than previous Folds.
